1. Travel Circle is the trading name of The Freedom Travel Group Limited. Travel Circle are Agents of ATOL. All bookings accepted by us and arrangements made by us are subject to the terms and conditions of the Operator concerned and we have no direct contractual liability to you in connection with the travel product specified except as may be imposed by English Law. Travel Circle will provide you with a copy of the terms and conditions of the Operator or Operators with whom we have made travel arrangements on your behalf. It is your responsibility to ensure that you agree the Operator's terms and conditions before you proceed with any booking through Travel Circle.
2. Liability is not accepted for any mis-descriptions or misinformation contained in this web site. The information contained within this website was correct at the time of the posting thereof. Travel Circle cannot accept any liability for losses or damages that you may suffer arising out of your use of this web site. They are not responsible for the content of web sites accessed through links on this web site and, therefore, accept no liability for loss or damage arising from the use of links from this web site. Travel Circle accept no liability for changes of facilities or for changes in flight times advertised on this website or for other changes brought about by circumstances beyond our control.
3. Holidays and products shown on this website are subject to limited availability. Prices may change on a daily basis and, indeed, may change several times a day. The exact prices and full costing will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please note that if your booking includes a flight with a low cost carrier no responsibility is accepted should the airline change or cancel a flight as we have no commercial arrangement with any low cost carrier.
4. The holidays shown on this website may be tailor made holidays and, therefore, several tour and travel operators may be used in constructing the holidays referred to on this website. Customers will be informed of the tour operator whose services are used in creating their holiday and must abide by the individual operator's terms and conditions. A deposit is payable at the time of confirming your booking and the balance is payable to us 72 days prior to the commencement of your holiday. If payable is not received in full by 72 days prior to the commencement of your holiday Travel Circle reserve the right to cancel your booking and not to confirm your booking with the operator without further notification to you. If this occurs your deposit will not be refunded and the balance of any money paid by you for your holiday will be dealt with in accordance with the tour operator's terms and conditions and any applicable law. An invoice will be sent by us to you upon confirmation of your booking and payment of deposit by you. This invoice will contain the date upon which final payment must be made to us and no further reminder will be sent.
5. Please note that is your responsibility to arrive at all departure points at the time specified in the tickets or itineraries supplied to you also to ensue that you have with you all necessary valid travel documents including Visas. We do not accept responsibility for the consequences of late or non-arrival or the consequences of failure to carry the correct travel documentation with you. Carriers may refuse travel if you do not possess a valid Visa or entry permit where one is required. We have no obligation to assist you in the event of refusal. This is your responsibility to enquire whether or not a Visa or entry permit is required for the country you intend to travel to. Please note that some countries may also require you to possess a passport with a minimum remaining period of validity thereon to the date of entry to that country - usually six months. It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport complies with all entry conditions for the country or countries you are visiting.
6. You are advised to study the information available from the Foreign Office regarding heath and travel abroad and are advised to obtain insurance for your holiday. Travel Circle accepts no liability for problems which arise due to ill health or failure to insure your holiday.
7. Travel Circle shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage howsoever arising other than as a result of its own negligence and own breach of contract. As stated above the holiday you are purchasing may be a tailor made holiday and, therefore, the terms and conditions of the various operators providing the holiday relate to this booking. No liability is accepted by us for failure by the individual tour operator or travel service supplier in respect of this holiday. Travel Circle shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage arising from an event of force majeure and all baggage and personal items remain at all times and in all circumstances at your risk.
